Our aluminum and Cromoly line production is a
small setup, because we care about quality,
NOT quantity.
We want to pay attention to the details of the frame sets
and think together with the customer to make a
functional and well designed frame set.
Also Lunetten frame sets are precisely constructed by hands.

Aluminium materials that are used
are, 6061, 7005, 7046 and scandium,
in single, double and triple butted version, and
we use various lines of Columbus and
Reynolds tubings.

For special shaped tubing,
we corporate with some local suppliers with whom
we have a long relationship with.
Then since April 2009 on we also started up
a production line for CroMoly.

We don’t use chemicals to clean the tubing.
We prefer to use more friendly ways to handle the tubing,
such as sand blasting with the finest sand,
which gives a nicer result and is better for painting.

Also we use the Dupont paint to complete the perfection
and also all the painting is done by our artist’s hand.
